Requested for my Certificate of Live Birth and made the distinction between that and the Birth Certificate from our Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority.
Here’s what i got back:
Dear Sir/ Mdm,
Please refer to your email dated 4 April 2021.
2 The notification of live birth produced to this Registry is for the purpose of birth registration only. As such, we are unable to extend a copy to you.
3 You may wish to check with the hospital where you were born for a copy of the notification of live birth.
