I myself am new and could not post in any forums. I found this frustrating as I was searching for help. Then I noticed a groups “block” (on your right side of screen) and by clicking the “groups” title I could see a list of all the groups in the forums. From there you can click join groups and post in those forums that you joined groups for. Hope this helps other newbies.
