Finished watching the first video and looking at the wording used for the back of the Birth Certificate, i noticed that they are using Canada Acts
So where it states “By Special Endorsement Chapter 359, RSBC 1996 Section 9” , it needs to be replaced for New Zealand as: Part 3, Personal Property Securities Act 1999, Section 35.
However, I am struggling with the “Notice: Delivery under Section 68 of [SBC2007] Chapter 10 “The Securities Transfer Act. As the New Zealand Securities Transfer Act 1991 No.119 has all but been replealed. Could it possibly be now sitting under Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, Section 186?
