Complete the form, and tick “Long Form Certificate” & “Authenticated Certificate” in Section 5 “Birth Certificate/Adoption Certificate Details”, include an email address for the GRO to email you with a unique link to process your order. The cost is €30 (€20 for the certificate and €10 for Authentication. Post the form to the address below or scan the completed form, and attach to an email addressed to GROonlinepayments@welfare.ie. I was born in Ireland and I have a Birth Certificate but it is not Authenticated
